Heather, this is so moving and I am so excited for you!!!! Bird by Bird, to use an Anne Lamott experession, you’re getting it done!!!! I am knowing we’ll soon be able to hold and read your story that you stuck with in spite of illness, death, grieving, parenting — amazing. and so deeply moving.

And if there’s a fish vendor at the Farmer’s Market, you’ll have no shortage of red herrings for your story. Sorry, couldn’t resist!!!!

I’ve written a book I want to read that hasn’t been written yet about what happens to reproductive rights when MEN get pregnant — sort of a speculative, political farcical comedy. it’s been professionally edited. I just need to go through it one more time before sending it out to the prospective agents on my list. and if no one bites I self publish and have resources lined up for that too.

But it’s so easy to hang out on Medium and make and engage with new writer friends and look through my files for something post-able. You’ve inspired me to get on with it already. thank you! and all the best!!!!
